dota is bad for anger management, especially if u suck at it

for those who do not know what is dota, it means 'defence of the ancients', it was created by a person known by 'icefrog' for a game called warcraft 3: frozen throne. there are 3 lanes with attacking towers of each side lined along them and waves of monsters a.k.a creeps are spawned regularly. each player is suppose to choose a 'hero' out of 82 of them, each hero has different skills and capabilities. they are more or less balanced out as much as possible. by the way, there're only 2 sides, the undead and the sentinel in the game, u are suppose to control ur hero to kills the creeps or the opponent's hero. however the main objective of the game is still to push down the primary structure of the enemy and that concludes the game. in the game u need to land the last hit on the creeps before they die so that u can get money to get items. items are a essential part of the game for they can greatly affect the performance of the hero.

now that u know what dota is, why is it bad for anger management? easy! because it makes u horribly angry when u lose! especially when u see the opponent's hero spamming their skills at u and can't do anything about it, then u die. i've seen alot of people getting pissed off at losing, including me, haahaha! i know its bad to vent anger at people because of a damn game and i realise its wrong at the moment of time, but it really comes uncontrollably and i end up being super grumpy. ur damn pissed off, but u don't know who or what to get pissed off at, u end up making the people around u angry as well. it seriously ain't worth. that's y now i try to avoid fighting against friends in dota, instead, we collaborate to fight bots a.k.a the computer. not as interesting as fighting real players but well.. at least u won't get angry for losing.

ending here, good day
